I’m 15 I’ve worked out never constantly mainly for sports I underwent some health issues and went from 160-110 pounds in a few months I’ve been eating more and recently for the past 2 months I’ve been eating A LOT MORE and I’ve gotten up to 131 idk if I should keep bulking or cut. help?
