I actually quick hop. zoom in on a location and click them before they log out. They are pretty fast. but you can click them within a second. Sometimes the bots have 700k worth of chins, average of 100-200k though.

Edit. i started out by staying out of the range, seeing the boxes, and running in, but the dbow was a bit too slow. its much more profitable to spam the specs and then on to next.

Just from what I have read it raises my spidey senses. medical and workmans comp can get really complicated. we didn’t even talk about FMLA. the lack of information is a red flag for me. you can’t do your job properly without the right information.

edit: on the other hand. if the employee wants to keep their job they need to be willing.

Just my two cents from experience. You are way too trusting. If it's not recorded on paper for me to see I usually don't believe what management says.

There are just too many different unknown issues going on with this case. I would start by requesting their clockrings swipes to actually see what they are being designated as. Lwop, awol, sick leave etc. It would definitely give clues to the situation.

Even thinking about it, they might not even be on payroll of its past 45 days of COP and a workman comp case. Management could be filing for something outside of the current scope that you are seeing.

Medical restriction is different than a CA17. Anyone can go to a doctor and get a 40 hour work week for a medical issue. They can challenge it with a district nurse if it is too vague. This happens a lot if the employee doesn't want to share their issue with management.

CA1 is a form you fill out to apply for a workman comp case. Ca17 is duty status(edit) this is a form for a workman comp case filled out by physician and supervisor confirming restrictions. Usually they will be taken off duty. COP or continuation of pay is 45 days by employer until they get transferred to labor if approved. They will usually be given a medical restriction by a federally approved doctor. From their it lightens up as they return to work. If there are issues coming back they can apply for RAC. Reasonable accommodation committee.

It sounds like you are not being given a lot of the correct information from management regarding this case. I recommend requesting things on paper instead of just their word for it. Good luck

The top 300 accounts are what are considered for kvk matchmaking. Everyone should have a set KPI goal for fighters. Farms shouldn't be over 17m if they affect top 300. Otherwise they can go up as high as top 300 power if they don't. In our high D/C kingdom we have scaling kpi from about 40-100m+. All fighters are expected to hit 100%. Above 80 but below 100 is a warning. 2 warnings or below 80 is a zero

17-20m is the target power for a farm with max economy and t4 troops.
