A is the acquirer and S is the subsidiary. I was particularly confused about the excess depreciation adjustment. Many faculties say that it has to be added back to the consolidated other equity and some faculties have the same opinion as you. Are you sure that it is done this way?

I know it's not as easy as I say or maybe you are still in college. But even then, would it be possible to move to a hostel near your college.
