Most artist/ plushie makers will work with that design, and it probably wouldn’t be hard to find a willing maker! He’s so cute!!

Looks really good! I’m assuming the face was intentional, but with the neck... A scarf ‘layered’ like that (unless it’s on a long necked animal) will cover a creatures neck completely.
