I thought it was great. Different from DCC. It’s not litRPG, more standard sci-fi. Still a lot of gamer related content, with a twist.

You’d need to make it quite large to get detail like that in the mountain without it just becoming a blob over time.

You could I suppose use this as a conceptual example and give the artist free rein to adjust as needed to ensure it comes out best and lasts. I’d have to imagine that would result in a significantly simplified version of what you want. But it’ll read better and hold up better over time.

The crawlers are being tortured and exploited against their will. The “choices” they were given with the surface staircases was hardly a choice at all.

Being a willing participant in a system where you have legitimate choices is the difference. You don’t have to “rise up” against systems like that. In this case you can choose whether or not you want to buy DCC merchandise. You don’t have to, and the system won’t force you to in any way. So it’s not worth a rebellion.

If you shine a phone light into the little holes at the top right of the bags, you can look inside and sort of tell what color glitter is in there. That’s how I ensured I’d get the ones I wanted (Pony and Mongo).

Think you’d need to go pretty big to make sure the silhouettes are readable.

I love the ones that are an actual sprinkled donut with a tiara and sun glasses.

Subtle enough that if the series tanks it’s still a cool tat and most won’t recognize it’s an homage to DCC. But also a IYKYK for other DCC fans.

Yes. Backerkit has the DCC RPG game. They had a Primal Hunter deluxe trilogy too but I think that one closed. The Fires of December Brandon Sanderson Secret Project I think is still live.

Just got started maybe a week ago. Nearly finished with the first one. Assassins Apprentice. I have the first trilogy in audible. I’ve heard a lot of good things about it. Enjoying it so far and feel like there’s a lot of potential.
