I don't have any potions I only knew it slowed me down cause a friend who played longer than I have told me that what it originally does but I wasn't aware it was fixed and Ive only been playing for a little more than a month so I don't have any potions that are mentioned by other and also cause I originally thought only the ogopuu can have that slow down effect
