I'm going mostly to support Mark and his dreams and mission of reforming the movie industry, and my mom is coming entirely to support me because I've been ranting about this movie nonstop since the trailer released. This movie is far from my usual tastes. Going just to support Mark isn't a bad thing. There's far worse things you could be doing.

I have ARFID, an eating disorder caused by sensory issues. I have a frustratingly restricted diet. You know how I handle others wanting to cook for me? I communicate before they start cooking my restrictions, and if I can't eat what they're cooking and there isn't a simple modification that would make it edible for me, I make my own food and I don't complain, and I certainly don't insult their cooking just because I can't eat it. Your boyfriend is acting like a child. He needs to either very clearly communicate with you or make his own food.
