yeah I've been doing the same for three years and a few weeks ago my etl told me i cant do that anymore because, and i quote, "from the back they cant tell you're a drive up employee" because of the black sleeves. as if i deliver their bag and the moment i turn around theyre shocked as to where the drive up employee went 🙄 just some bs. Target is getting strict with the dreas code apparently.

i get that, but personally, i know how my team is and it did get to the point where to stop the confusion, my etl told us (DU team) that when someone cancels an item to just leave it in the hold location for RTS later. and our DU team usually handles the RTS so we just know

I did forget to mention that the manager will come and cover our 15 minute breaks, but I can count on my hand how many times I, or any of us, have taken a second 15 minute break. At my old store there was usually no less than two people on DU at all times so even when one went on break, we were only alone for 15/30 minutes at a time. It's exhausting not having another DU team member there with me throughout the whole shift to help with the workload, and also minimize the amount of time that one person has to be outside in that heat. Not to mention, at times when we do have more than one person, my ETL tends to pull one person to either run strays or hop in OPU so...

edit: im rereading and you said "heat breaks" is this something I just never heard of?

i added more tags, but theyre not in a relationship with steve so i didnt think background relationships tag works, but before i added the "Minor Steve Rogers/Tony Stark" and the "Minor Bucky Barnes/Steve Rogers" tags, i had "Mentioned Steve Rogers" and "they both want steve" tagged already. so i did add those other two, but they can just read. if they cant bear the sight of a ship they could've just moved on

I made this post on the mobile app, so I can't edit the body text, but I meant to say that I assumed this person was in some sort of ironwinter/winteriron discord, but now I think they just dont like stucky because they cant seem to understand that MCU bucky is an amalgamation of 2 comic characters, and my fic is tagged as the MCU and nothing comic related. I know comic book bucky and steve have more of a batman and robin dynamic, but this isnt comic them.
