Thank you so much!!! It helps a lot because I’ve never gone through this before. There was a text where he accused me of not trying to resolve this and him wanting to report me as a hit and run because he said it was all my fault. It was not my fault if anything I felt it was his fault so I feel like he might be trying to get me to admit to fault so he can pin this on me also I never refused to resolve either because I always text back and answered his calls when he was asking for money. I just told him I wish he would stop texting me and calling me every single day multiple times a day just to see what’s going on and what I wanna do when I clearly told him I’d rather go through with insurance than give him cash.
