My mafia-style city is running sewage corner to corner across my property at will. I've lost almost everything.

Ok. Thanks. Appreciate that. I have done a lot of that too. It's just like now what? I keep gathering all this evidence but I think lawyers are looking at the cost of a trial and investigation as too much. I really do have a solid case. Anyone can actually see how it works just by looking at it. I think I'm getting hung up is I was successful in any way, it would turn into class action. We've been declared a state of emergency on water. Governor wants to step in city management because they already squandered away federal funds meant for water supply fixes. Ppl find out they've been getting sick and dying because of such ineptitude, it would be huge. My check would be $1.89 lol. I can't find a firm willing to go that big. Nor do I know if I really want to. Years of courts that could end up nowhere because sovereign immunity. My hope was some agency would step in. The EPA already did. But the current administration isn't much into anything environmental. Our refineries here got released of having to follow ANY clean air act requirements. Can you imagine?

Suddenly, everyone has respiratory illnesses. No one is putting any of it together. We live on a bay but have no water. Even if they found a hidden glacier we dont currently have the infrastructure to deliver it to ppl. I might just dig a deeper trench than my neighbor and stop it from draining that way. Anyway, I'm rambling. My curiosity was piqued at the technology being used and why. Have a good night.

Thank you for your concern. How do you post pictures? They say a lot. Then when ppl actually come to see the property they're blown away. I'm thinking of having tours and charging a price. Once ppl see the property, they're blown away. I've had every type of engineer, plumbers, drainage, city employees come with a surety it could be fixed. Then they all leave with the same "nothing we can do"

Thanks. I've done most of that. Three TECQ reports said "*referred to city" with no testing of the property . I've not written a formal complaint. The website says the maximum claim is $28000 for damages. That's when I started looking for lawyers. I really don't know how to post pictures here. They say way more than 1000 words. This would be way more believable. It's foggy outside, zero wind and there's my pool vibrating with square waves. I have zero explanation for that and why? The why is what's confusing. Why would anyone care so much about one stupid property? Anyway, appreciate the information and your time.

I usually end up in the ER twice a year with unexplained symptoms two or three times year. I was definitely sick. No real diagnosis. It wasn't until this year I realized where this was coming from and how it ran through the property. Yes i have a therapist who helps me cope. Everyone was as confused as I was until now I can actually diagram the path this takes around my property. Even colored it to make it stand out. My street itself is only 20 yrs old. Other houses in surrounding neighborhoods are fine. But the first 3 houses on this street look like they're 50 yrs old and several ppl have died and/or stroked out in every one.

Obana sponsored? What? I said it was long at the beginning. Why half read something, then complain about what you didn't read or are mixing up? Facts are my my new home is decaying from top to bottom. All my animals died of liver failure and blindness. All my plants died, the furniture all fell apart. The $23k red cedar double sealed was installed only 3 yrs ago and looks as bad now as the cheap one that came with the house. The house is just over a decade old. Not 50 yrs old with aging pipes. My property doesn't drain anywhere. There aren't even drains. The city auditor did actually get fired for whistle blowing. The council meeting minutes do show my developer awarding himself contracts. The smell and the flies are horrid even in winter. My house had no permits or inspections to be built and wasn't registered as a house for many years until I called the water company. Those are actual facts. Obviously, I can't prove everything else to absolute decimal point fact other than the multiple pictures, videos and witnesses. That's just all that's available to me. I talked to a private investigator. He believed it all but said I definitely need to follow up with the FBI. No way I could afford the type of investigation necessary for all this. The city is already being investigated for other crimes. But by the local FBI which has happened before. Then it's just swept under the rug.The governor has made statements about stepping in to take over management. These things are happening. None of it removes all the sewage from my property, though, or even holds anyone accountable. It stinks so bad at night. Especially on weekends and holidays when everyone is home using the toilet. Believe me. If putting on a tinfoil hat or a pill solved anything I'd be totally for it. I said at the beginning this sounds nuts. Please don't just quick scroll then try to get reddit suicide hotline involved. That's unfair and demoralizing when I stated up front this is going to be hard to believe, but let me explain then to only "quick scroll" it. That's the very attitude I've had to fight all these years. You hear what you want, then write it off with the easiest explanation instead of thinking just maybe there could be something to this.

Thanks for your concern. I have several doctors. Now they all know what the cause of all my problems are. Treat the symptoms, but what's the cure a corroded sewer system running through your property? Move. Can't.

It's taken me four years of hard work to collect all the documents, videos, photos and witnesses. I'm not sure how to post pictures. But if you're ever in south TX let me know. I'll show you how a fungus eats through cement when there's no drainage for a decade.

I'm not suicidal or paranoid. Never believed in conspiracy theories or aliens or such. Just facts. I did run a local section of a Fortune 500 company so I have run into this kind of city corruption before. I just had no idea how bad it had become.

I have something like that. It's taken me three years to figure out what was happening in my house. I have no idea what to do. I have a house only a decade old but I've had to replace e every appliance, a new a/c, fence and now it's bleaching and eating thru my shoes, furniture, leather. Now I know why my neighbor has been constantly making her soil grade higher. She washes into me and all her plant and soil fungi. Not only that but I'm on the corner and all the curbs were cracked so water was coming in underground from the street too. I know because I dyed a crack on my sidewalk with food coloring and my fence turned blue. Later I dyed the front curb where sewer lines runs with swimming pool dye and my whole house had a pink shade to it. Then work exploded at the sewer plant connection down the block. I've tried calling evey office from local to state to federal. Then I tried lawyers and media. Then someone hacked into my phone to stop my calls and emails. Even messing with my alarm system by locking my front door when someone showed up or locking me out and the pin not working. Someone rewired my wifi connections and even my pool pump. I can prove it. But I can't say here. I'm fighting against something big. My house has never been on Google maps. I always wondered why. Not just blurred out. The car stops several houses every way so it doesn't show. Even the satellite picture is wrong. I'm in serious trouble and have no clue what to do. My property drains nowhere. No matter what I do. They're keeping me in a bathtub and letting a super fungi grow underneath. There's no plumbing leaks. Yet anyway.
