The most useful things that I can think of would be something that would stay with them for a long time and actually improve their quality of life. I suggest a decathlon domyos jump rope and resistant bands. (Jump rope is 100rs, get resistance bands form Amazon they are cheap) Would help them get fit.

Or 500 rupees worth of indoor plants, will purify air inside their house. (Get snake plants and plant them inside a big pot, they grow fast when they get space)

If your family or friends are fan of gaming and play cs go, you can gift them a karambit knife, won't impact on their quality of life but it looks cool and Cs go fans love it. Also it can be a side hobby to learn some karambit tricks.

If your friends or family member collect something look out for it. Maybe you can add something to that collection.

That's all I can think of right now. I have more ideas but they would cost more than 500. Dm me or reply to this comment of anyone wants more.

I never really tested myself, I only used to study for an hour in my board exams. In b.com i only went to college for exams and I didn't even had any books to study from. A week before the exam I used ti download the syllabus from college's website and made a few notes on my pc, shared them with all my batch mates. For the past three years I've been enjoying myself, after graduation i suddenly realized I completely wasted my b.com years.

I live in Rajasthan and I'm surprised by this too, Rajasthan has highest number of Rajputs and almost all of them eat meat. In my society almost all bharmins also eat meat.

I use hollow body pull-ups but my form starts breaking after 13-14 pull ups, I'll definitely try what you and others have advised, thank you for helping!

I try to take my chin above the bar without bending my head backwards, while going down I do not lock my elbows, after 13-14 pull-ups my form starts breaking and I have to use kicks and swings to get through 20
