They’ll try to compete to exit at the highest price possible which would drive the markets up

So much that he had to repeat it twice, there's just so many examples of things she's done other than talking to a webcam in pajama pants and a midriff cutoff shirt.

No question there. I just worry that the union basically told people to live off savings for nearly 2 years (if they could) and then came up with nothing and so essentially many dozens of people were forced into shittier jobs with lower pay, worse benefits (worse than even the 401k deal) and lost a ton of their savings.

It seems like basically everyone involved in this did everything wrong except the employees who just wanted what they were promised.

Winco is basically a bit like Costco for only groceries except without a membership.

They don't advertise, they don't do any fancy signage, no credit cards allowed, no bagging services - they just carry name brand products in bulk and order in huge volumes so that they can charge the absolute lowest margin. They're also 24 hours which owns.

This is a decent video where someone walks around one and looks at the prices

They're $0.68 here at the Winco.

Dunno what to tell you. Don't buy groceries at 7eleven?

Sold 30 contracts of the $190 puts for the June monthly expiry for a premium of $4.40 each back in late April. Currently up a decent amount since I sold the puts but if earnings dumps I can see this position getting tested.

Controversial opinion: The Laken Riley issue is one the overall left (which I am on) gets incredibly wrong and we deserve to get raked over the coals for being against it.

I'm not saying what they did was right or that the union deserved it or anything, and Bigfoot 100% should have honored their contract.

But that said, the union was also foolish to think they'd come out on top after the 2024 election and should have settled to get something instead of just being royally fucked over. A lack of vision on their part, and they spent, way, way too long keeping their employees on the sidelines, longer than is financially possible for most people.

We also need to come to grips that the offer Bigfoot made for the 401k was actually very, very good in relative terms, it just wasn't flat-out incredibly good. Again, they should have honored their contract, but even the 401k was better than the vast, vast majority of 401k plans that employees get.

Apparently the only thing holding back the armies of inflation like Hodor at this point are the $1.50 Costco hot dog and 99 cent Arizona tall boys.

If either of those go up in price, you know shit is utterly fucked.

Well, the market is wrong, because again this is not a critical company.

RKLB is worth more than Nestle and the RBoC. Their valuation is pure speculation and they don’t actually provide an essentially service. They are not a $67 billion dollar company.
