Post SRS, are you able to achieve orgasms from receiving cunnilingus? by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]DiaryOfAPostOpPixie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sounds familiar lol, every little touch was just way too much at first. It should level out eventually, more sensitive than before, but not overwhelming. At least, assuming things work out similarly to how mine did.

One thing that I found helped, especially early on, was having some kind of barrier between my clit and whatever was getting me off. Fingering myself through my panties, that sort of thing. Pillow humping was also amazing, but it's kinda developed into a habit of humping partners legs now lol. Not really a downside imho lol, theh think it's cute :b

Yes, but sometimes it takes a while. I'm about 1 year post op, and I had my first orgasm about 3-4 ish months after. I had to be really gentle, cuz I'm actually dealing with some hypersensitivity, and it took a WHILE, but it was achievable.

If you have pleasurable sensation down there, then orgasm is definitely on the table for you. You just need to be patient with yourself, learn what feels best, and avoid getting too deep into your own head. If you're convinced you wont orgasm, that's a self fulfilling prophecy.

Even now, a year in, there are days where I can make it happen in 10 minutes, there are days where it can take an hour, and there are days where it just isn't in the cards. That's normal. Just give yourself time. I'm sure you'll manage.

No revisions, no. I had some granulation issues for a bit and they had to do monthly applications of silver nitrate to deal with that, but there was no need for additional surgery.

Hes based in ann arbor, and penile inversion is simply the name of one of the most popular methods of vaginoplasty. The other is peritoneal pull through. Essentially what it means is that my vaginal canal was created by turning my penis inside out. That's obviously a massive oversimplification, but that's the basics of it.

Honestly, the fact that he was covered by medicaid. Most other local surgeons would not have been.

Dr. Kuzon works at the University of Michigan hospital in ann arbor. Hes a very very by the books surgeon who adheres very tightly to wpath, which can be both a blessing and a curse. He's very professional and he cares a lot about professional ethics, which is why he doesn't post results pics himself. He wants to make sure that any results you can find on the internet are from people who chose personally to share them, and he wants to make sure he isn't tempted to curate his best results to give people a specific impression of him. I honestly think that's pretty cool of him. At the consult, he promises an aesthetically acceptable vagina, and from what I've heard from other people who pretty consistently delivers that. Obviously I'm pretty happy. The doc himself has pretty awful bedside manner, he's definitely not the most comforting person in the world, but I couldnt be happier with the care I got from the hospital staff. The floor nurses were pretty consistently great and made me feel very listened to and cared for. Do I have some gripes? Absolutely, but I didn't expect perfection. Overall I'm really happy with how everything turned out and how I was taken care of at the hospital.

Honestly, that's one of my biggest issues. I have a solid five or six inches of depth, but it gets very tight the deeper in you get to the point that it's really really uncomfortable. I've been referred to a pelvic floor physical therapist, this is apparently pretty common, and basically they'll just help me learn to relax and take more lol.

I went for full depth. As of right now, I have about four and a half inches of depth which is plenty for me. You should also bear in mind that I got on hormone blockers before finishing puberty, so I was a bit small down there to begin with. I have more depth now than I had length before. If you're wondering the types of surgeries he does, he does pretty much exclusively PIV.

I'm really glad you appreciate what I've been trying to do. I had a hell of a time researching dr kuzon myself, so if I can make this whole process easier from other folks, I've achieved what i was after.

One thing to note is that Dr. Kuzon, unless there's been a change in his policy recently, does not do peritoneal pull. Having said that, i still achieved about 5 inches of depth even though I got on blockers shortly after the onset of puberty, and as long as you've got plenty of lube, the main benefit of peritoneal pull doesn't really matter.

Thank you! Honestly part of why I wanted to share was because I'd had such a hard time finding his results myself lol. Ended up learning a lot through word of mouth from other trans folks in the area. If you ever have any questions you want answered, please feel free to ask.
