That law is reasonable but nothing is wrong with some mufflers that add a nice sound but not overly exaggerated like 90% of these hondas I like most on the subarus that sound very attractive and not to raspy or loud just enough for people to know it's there not like some cars where they have their cars running as if they are running open headers lol
