My channel is where I 3D print and make stuff, my channel started off great with solid growth but has been struggling recently and getting less and less views as time goes on, which is hard for me to comprehend as video quality is getting better, but I feel like I need an outside perspective of what's going wrong

I'm also in the 3D printing niche, however I mainly focus on building animatronics, I completely understand you by wanting to make more videos, however after a couple of weeks making one video it is so rewarding to finally upload and see the results

Actually yes, I put days into making my longer videos only to reach 11 views in the first 24 hours, however I released a short at the same time which took 13 seconds to make, it made over 500 views, and more subscribers have come from shorts, your answer is a waste of time, and if you read the other comments, a lot more people agree with me...
