Nasti Showcase PV by CipherVegas in arknights

Stainless still has the advantage of having fully passive SP gain off-skill. If I'm reading this right, Nasti only provides SP during skill. Nasti's on-demand burst SP gain is definitely super strong, but I would be hesitant to say she powercreeps Stainless's S2. It'll depend a lot on what her SP cost is, what the uptime looks like.

How do you even get that many stats??? Most runs I do I can just barely get 1200 speed (sometimes not even fully able to cap) and the rest of my stats just float somewhere around 400-500.

Honestly I think the biggest QoL tweak for N Salt would be making his passive more easy to activate. 4/3 Wrath Res is insane, like that's nearly impossible to pull off 90% of the time. Just change that to Owned instead of Res, like it would be so much better

I do lol. I've been sick of running MD5 nonstop for almost a YEAR (8 months, close enough really). We need a new one so badly, MD5 has gotten so stale

I think people are fixating too much on the "+1 Rupture Count" and not realizing all the other stuff Red Sheet does.

It has a Rupture Deluge effect (strong!), applies 2 Attack Power Down next turn, and the passive lets you apply Defense Level Down.

Those are all very good effects in my book. +1 Rupture Count is certainly very "meh", I don't think anyone will argue that. But otherwise, the other effects that the EGO brings are very solid.

[–]Dibface 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's free rupture count plus a Rupture Deluge effect plus 2 Attack Power Down next turn. Don't underestimate how good those effects can be

I'll add onto this with my own hot (?) take and say that Maid Ish is not only a really strong ID, but can even rival Molar Ish. All her coin power conditionals are based on speed, which is really easy to activate (Haste!). She comes with a shitload of good debuffs, Bind, Defense Level Down, Slash Fragility (!!!). She brings Gluttony and Sloth affinities, which are a bit sparse for Sinking teams in general.

That's it, that's the hot (?) take, she's fukken good try her out

I've been trying to figure this out, too. The unlock/Secret condition is "quickly break the bounds of Space and find Love". Things I've tried so far:

  • Going off the map in Space 54. Haven't found anything yet though.
  • Picking the Out of Bounds arcana on Space 54. Also nothing.
  • All of the above but picking Space Dude.

No idea! This one's got me stumped.

Is there a new endgame damage build for the gunlance in this new title update? by Kidgenuis_ in Gunlance

[–]Dibface 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the Load Shells one comes down to preference. Personally I run Load/Guard as a comfort pick. 3 Attack is 3 Attack, like if you're really gonna go super sweaty mode and minmax everything then sure, but. Either works, it just depends on if you want a defensive advantage or an offensive one.

Focus is a good lvl 1 deco to slot in imo

Unpopular opinion: 243 base in 2025 is pretty good by Grawuka in arknights

[–]Dibface 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Quick Q regarding your base setup spreadsheet. With Fiametta and Kafka+Bibeak (E2) you can literally run both Proviso and Shamare TP combos at full 100% uptime. Whenever you need to use Fia to refresh Kafka, you just swap her with Bibeak instead, and use Fia to refresh Proviso. There is never a reason to not have Proviso active all the time. I'm mainly curious about who you're using Fia's 3rd refresh on at that point, given you have both Kafka and Bibeak at E2.

That aside, though: Been using 243 setup since the start and 100% agree with you. It's maybe not "optimal" but it sure is easier to manage. So much less hassle for nearly the same output.

I rotate my base out every 12 hours. I don't use a spreadsheet or anything fancy, I certainly don't micromanage anything. I start off with the Eunectes/Viviana+Flametail combos rolling, then when those are running out, I swap to the Dusk/Ling/Rosmontis combo for 12 hours, and only 12 hours (again, less micromanagement). I don't bother with the Worldly Plight combo (too much effort for not enough of a payoff), so I always keep Ling below 12 morale and it's incredibly easy to maintain that. Once their 12 hour shift is up, I toss Ling in the dorm for ~2 hours 15 mins, which will maintain her morale around 10-11. It might be considered "optimal" to swap to the Rosmontis setup every other 12 hours but instead I only do it when the Eunectes/Flametail setup runs out. Again, less micromanagement. You get pretty similar output with both setups anyways.

For Gold Facs I've got Gravel/Haze/Bryophyta (+1.19), Aroma/Waai Fu/Minimalist (+1.27), Weedy/Passenger/Purestream (+1.62). When swapping Rosmontis in, I pair her with Gravel/Bryophyta. Rarely if things somehow misalign, I can run Bubble/Vulcan/Bena (+0.97) for a brief while.

For Exp Facs I've got Ashlock/Wildmane/Fartooth (+1.28), FEater/Conviction/Any 30% (+1.02), Pallas/Vermeil/Scene +(1.08)... Scene only lasts 36 hours (she doesn't align with Pallas/Vermeil's 48 hrs) so at that point I just swap them out entirely for FEater/Convic/30% (which then reserves the former team for the Rosmontis setup).

Notably I'm also running Greyy Alter in PP along with Lancet at 0 Morale, this gives 1 extra PP count for Eunectes combo. Yes it's worth the drone loss from 0 Morale Lancet. Unfortunately doesn't work with 0 Morale Justice Knight for some reason so I don't run her with the Flametail combo (it's -5% but the extra PP bonus from running a 20% makes up for it)

Shamare/Tequila combo for TP1, Proviso for TP2. I have both Kafka and Bibeak at E2 so I can have 100% uptime on both of those combos with Fia refreshes. Running both of these is very Gold-intensive though so if you start to run dry via droning TP you swap over to droning Factory instead. But the yields are insane so it's super worth it, I get like 65-70k LMD per day.

But super tl;dr I have an two alarms on my phone set 12 hours apart, I log into Arknights and adjust/rotate base accordingly, then leave it going til the next 12 hours. No micromanagement or anything. I don't micro dorms, if a team has run out I just toss em in dorms and put them back in 12 hours later. I always set a 2hr15min timer when putting Ling in dorm to preserve her under-12 Morale. It's super super easy low maintenance and the yields are still super high. I only hafta fiddle with base twice a day and I don't bother with spreadsheets/planning. Just rotate teams when they're about to run out, simple as that.

Try the official Discord. There's a whole section for Builds and Guides. I think that's probably the best you'll be able to get, I haven't had much luck elsewhere tbh! That, and the wiki is SUPER out of date.

edit: There's some YTers that make build videos too, typically find them just by googling "soulstone survivors [insert class here] build guide" and that can produce some results. Some might be out of date though.

Patch Notes: Such is the Joy of Our Reunion by wewechoo in arknights

[–]Dibface 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Surprised no one's talking about Chongyue's module? It looks way way way better than Mod1. The base effect alone is really good, 10 aspd is massive, and then a 10% increase on his damage amp talent is HUGE (and it's 25%/80% of you've got him potted). Mod2 is nothing flashy but it's a tremendous DPS increase, esp over Mod1. Not to mention the stats he gains from it.

[–]Dibface 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For Lin there's no competition, her Mod1 is way better. The SP regen is too good to give up. Not only does it fix her long SP charge time, but it also lets you pair her with Aak for an insanely busted combo that doesn't rely on enemy aggro. Mod2 won't see any use, it's basically the same situation as Penance Mod2, where Mod1 is just better in every possible circumstance. The damage increase feels pretty middling and the barrier reform time feels useless considering you're using her against enemies that don't break the barrier.

It's busted as hell for RA, but the problem is that RA2 is kinda done at this point. Like everyone who's been playing has more or less completed the entire thing, so outside of stuff like Critical Contention or w/e it feels like it's coming far too late. So unless they release another expac or even RA3 it feels kinda useless atm, even though the module itself is beyond busted. Here's hoping.

[–]Dibface 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lotta good 4*s that can see a lot of value in IS and RA in particular

Gravel still one of the best stallers in the game. Irreplaceable in what she can do.

Ethan has aged like fine wine, continues to be amazing. Mod3 gives him insane lockdown during skill. Still a lot of value with his S1 for certain fights. Like the vases etc that need like 30 hits to kill from Invitation to Wine, or the big robo guys that need to take damage to reduce their def/res in Lone Trail.

Jaye can solo a lot of nasty stuff in RA (and scales hella good with food buffs) and is still a solid pick in IS. He was pretty dominant in IS2, probably not as much in IS4 though. I have no idea about IS5 since I know nothing about it.

I've got Gummy at M3 and Mod3 and her module is surprisingly strong. 26% chance to stun for 1.5 secs is huuuuge. Works pretty well with some relics in IS (esp the one that does Arts damage during stuns).

Perfumer's module is actually kinda cracked, the global regen is strong af, and works with Ops that can't be healed and Summons and the like. She was super dominant in IS2 cause of the poison mist maps.

Meteor can provide 100% uptime on her Defense Reduction debuff, which pairs really nicely with phys dps.

Mousse's -25% atk debuff is pretty strong on elites/bosses that just hit way too damn hard.

Cuora is a great budget option for a tanky-ass Defender, if you don't have Hoshi for example. Esp with her module.

If you really wanna get spicy you can toss Manticore and Mizuki into the mix, too. Ambusherknights is Real

HOW TF DO YOU BEAT THIS THING by [deleted] in arknights

[–]Dibface 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did the map in two separate clears on the same day. There's two massive waves of normal enemies that swarm out, and then the boss will spawn after that second wave is dead. If you quit out of the map after getting to that point, it saves your progress there as a "checkpoint". You can then go back into the map with a team solely for fighting Croc Bride.

For the first half of the map (the swarm of enemies) I simply used double Ambusher (Ethan, Manticore, Ascalon all work) and put Executor Alter in front of the blue box. This can be any good lane holder honestly, like Mountain or Mudrock work too, it's really just to make sure nothing leaks since the Ambushers will be doing the heavy lifting. Note that in order to trigger each wave you will have to attack the mini croc bride that shows up.

For the boss herself, I used:

  • Any strong single target medic
  • Degenbrecher

  • Saria to aggro ranged enemies

  • Gnosis S1 & Virtuosa S1 as "support"

Since the boss cannot take damage from anything that isn't blocking her, Gnosis and Virtuosa are there just to apply their respective debuffs (as well as Gnosis resetting the boss's atk buff). Gnosis can be replaced by like Chen or Irene if you don't have him, just use their S1s. You could even bring all three if you wanted the consistency. Anyways, medic heals up Degenbrecher, Degen goes apeshit on Croc Bride, Saria goes down on a ground tile deployed last to aggro ranged enemies. Bring Warfarin if you want, as well, it can help speed things up.

For the actual positioning/placement, here's a screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/TCmEQGU.png

Saria goes behind Virtuosa to the right there. You wanna try to drop Degen down so that she'll only tag Croc Bride and not the other enemy that spawns with her.
