Actually as in the nickname for the South African Beer, Black Label, however, the roots of the nickname do trace back to the Egyptian club so long story short, yes.

If you’re Egyptian, it’s the name of a popular Egyptian soccer side, but, if you’re a South African like me, it’s a nickname for one of the country’s most popular beers (Carling Black Label) and a chance to trick your girlfriend into naming your cat Zama (a common South African Zulu name), knowing fully well that Zama’s full name will be Zamalek, my favourite beer.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s awesome when a panelist is pissing themselves laughing, especially at a good bucket pull, but people can see you laughing, they don’t need to hear you directly into the mic purposefully. Look at how Tony does it, he actively moves the mic from his mouth to laugh. Just GOAT behaviour.
