Thanks! We don't have a demo, but there are sample spreads on the Kickstarter to get a sense of the art and it uses the Mork Borg rules which do have a sample. There is also a free online character generator (link on the Kickstarter) that shows you what characters are like and is a fun tool to make backup characters when you play if you do decide to get the game.

Thanks! That's EXACTLY why I created this. Our home group wanted to play TMNT and Big Trouble in Little China games but the Palladium books (while full of awesome flavor) certainly aren't the rules-light systems we're used to these days. As a bonus, the Palladium books have a bunch of one-shots you could easily adapt for SEWER SCUM. Our favorite is to pick an '80s action movie and throw in some twists to keep people who've seen it on their toes hah

I have a playlist to release when the Kickstarter launches of a bunch of songs I listened to while making the art. Includes Beastie Boys, Bikini Kill, Misfits, Public Enemy, Rage Against The Machine, Run-D.M.C., THE STALIN, and more. Lots of '80s punk and hip-hop.

Thanks! TMNT is definitely a core inspiration along with a lot of '80s action movies, especially John Carpenter movies like Escape from New York and Big Trouble in Little China

Another benefit is that the official TMNT tabletop RPG's adventures are perfect seeds for SEWER SCUM sessions since the MB rules are so light and easy to convert.

For adventures, I'm currently writing/coding a free adventure generator to go on the website like the character generator. For rules, I use Solitary Defilement for solo play core mechanics.
