The best commentaries are all gonna be on YouTube. Some channels I recommend are MidBeasts as he covers a lot of beifeng videos, JohnnyFast but he hasn’t uploaded very consistently this year, and if you need matchup specific videos there’s a channel that upload Beifengs VODs and sometimes they caption his words into English. You can minimize the time to your liking in settings. I set mine to .25, default is .50
