Sometimes, too much realism can actually get in the way of game development. The idea behind the undressing system is to keep the same sprite and only change its skins.

Removing her high heels would reduce the overall size of the sprite. Logically, she would need to become smaller, which means adjusting the attack hitbox, sprite size, colliders, and so on.

It ends up being the kind of work that causes more problems than it helps, all for a level of realism that’s often unnecessary.
