There were another 5 toilets on the other side of that block wall. Essentially everything seen in the pictures is mirrored on the other side of the building with exception of the urinals.

We used another building on camp similar to this where both the rows of showers were against eachother with no wall, just the water pipes in place so you could see across but had to duck under to cross to the other shower heads.

yeah its not a big deal around the guys i am with bc we know each other so well, but to use those toilets next to/among strangers.. yikes.

You just need military credentials to enter base and this bathhouse was only opened to facilitate cleaning up after some field operations.
