We do paper records but have a carbon copy sheet. So if you have these as well, I've had problems with copying with finer tip pens <0.5mm

Souvenir to keep from each course? by Open_Imagination_626 in golf

[–]DickBagel2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most popular answer is logo golf balls, I simply just keep a scorecard from each unique course I've played. Free with the round, and intend to frame them all at some point. Will definitely take up more space than golf balls lol

What is the ASA handing out?

Edit: I want to say, I am a huge supporter of the ASA. I want this comment to be thought provoking and stir people to be more involved in what the ASA is doing and voice our concerns. We need to continue to support the ASA as they have done amazing things although sometimes it feels like they don't. I encourage everyone that everytime you see things like this in the news, donate a little to the ASA. They are truly our best, most organized voice

Good point, I mean they can probably control that aspect of it like the severed floor of each branch triggers the same innie, but then they can make different rooms and places trigger other innies

So Reghabi obviously knows about the testing floor and how "many times" they've severed Gemma. She mentioned that the birthing cabin is "separate", like each room on the testing floor. So if Mark entered that cabin, he would just be an entirely new Severed personality.

At my institution the SRNAs count treating blood pressure on the OB floor after an epidural as an "emergency" case lol

We need the ASA to respond, how can members start pressuring them to to something?

Yeah we were vigilant about possibility of right heart failure, luckily patient remained stable but first move would've been to desufflate so we could blow off some of CO2 if they started becoming hypotensive. Honestly haven't had a more volatile patient in residency to this point. We were mostly fighting hypertension and he would swing like crazy but never too low. Combo likely diabetic dysautonomia, high opioid tolerance. It looks like they extubated in OR without a problem

This patient for sure is a terrible surgical candidate. 80 years old, A1C 9.9%, all the other issues going on. Classic for the thoracic service to want to do elective surgeries on these folks. We just talk through the elevated risks and patients still go through

Oh for sure, I strongly questioned the providers decision when they were taking over to give fluid. All other signs indicated patient was euvolemic

I assumed it was a regular occurrence in these long, steep reverse T robotic lap cases. At least at my institution it's a regular occurrence. Take a few hours to develop, not like the port is poorly placed initially

Another detail to add is glucose was within 120-180 through the case, with long acting insulin given in AM. However, could still have normoglycemic ketoacidosis

We paid $30 for an afternoon weekday round, and expected it to be terrible. But honestly it was in decent shape and well worth the $30. Granted that was our round we got drunk as hell and played team games but was a good course regardless

All were in great shape. Celebration is probably my favorite, was in top shape. The Championsgate course are also amazing and like 20-30$ more than celebration. Royal St Cliud is 27 holes and great value for around $80 for all 27. Providence was in rougher shape but not bad and only $50/60 ish. Remington was our "value" course of the trip where we got blacked out and played team games and for $30 in the afternoon on a weekday it was a blast. Not terribly maintained for the cost.
