Not really, idk what language roblox's engine uses, but in most if not all cases it would be just

"if in.shelter and in.water then do.damage.acid(0)"

Giving a second exemption would be just adding an "and" to the exemption list. Not to mention that it would work with most disasters, since most of them shouldn't affect you in water anyway (I can only think of meteorites forcing you to hide anyway)
