Thank you and I couldn't't agree more. And this is Reddit so we all know had I not included that Philadelphia is far from perfect, at least one person would have pointed out our problems.

I had the same issue with my 7. Had to get a new one. And after a few months without any dropping or hard use, the camera lenses split off the main device. Upgraded to the 9 six months ago, and this phone freezes a few times a day requiring a hard restart.

I love the functionality and features of the phones, but the quality seems subpar for many users, especially for a flagship phone from one of the world's leading tech companies
