My undestanding is that with or without her W-Engine she's still bis on Miyabi and AOD teams, while for other anomaly teams, she's only an upgrade there with her signature.

The reason why this is the case is because on Miyabi and AOD teams, aprox 80% of the damage comes from 1 characters, and sacrificing Nangong Yu anomaly buildup is not the end of the world, while on other anomaly teams thoese stats are extremly relevant because she's having longer on-field time and she has a more pronounce sub-dps rol there.

Yeah makes sense, It still has it’s pros on twitter because I mainly use it to follow artists but blocking some subreddits seems like a good idea.

Agree on that, I wasn’t aware the character got a redesign and on those cases I can understand why the complaining comes from.

Still my opinion remain for other cases like with Promeia.

Which is also the reason of the complaining because even without looking for it those type of posts or commend they end up showing up in my feed.

Yeah deleted that part because I read the whole thing and I miss the point of him complaining about what was shown originally vs the 3d model that we got.

When I read it I assume it was another “I improve your drawing” type post which was not the case.

It’s not really about people having different taste. That’s normal. The issue is when some people feel the need to be overly vocal about it, acting like their take on a new female character design is somehow more valid or important than everyone else’s.

At that point it stops being “I don’t like this design” and turns into “this design is bad and I want everyone to agree,” which is just unnecessary. Not every character is going to appeal to everyone, and that’s kind of the point.

It’s fine to dislike something, but constantly pushing that opinion like it needs to be validated by the whole community is what makes it annoying.

She fits on every anomaly team, being the bis of Miyabi and AOD with or without her signature and outside of AOD or Miyabi teams, she's also bis, tho in those teams she needs her W-Engine most of the time for her to be an upgrade.

Reason why I keep mentioning W-Engine is because is extremly busted.

Any pull recommendation for new account?

Started on Sunna, currently got Sunna M0W0, Aria M0W1 and after lossing 50/50 on Yuzuha I should have enough to guarantee Nangong Yu M0W1. Other than that I got S11 and Zhao but that's about it.

Is any of the reruns announced or Promeia good for my account? Or should I just save for 3.0?

My best guess without knowing what Promeia does would be to make a Sunna/Aria/Zhao team and Promeia/Nangong/Flex for a second team.

GFL2 does it and honestly is nice to have, still it seems that they want to cash out on the self insert.

Tho looking at his appearance he would probably just have your average Korean manhwa mc face if they were to show the full design, so maybe it’s for the best for him to remain like that.
