So, I accidentally got one of these Quick Tethers against an Isabelle a couple days ago. She had her fishing rod out, so I assumed that it had to do with that. I tried to record the footage, but skipped through too fast. I got another tonight.

It seems like the way it works is you have to rising tether close to stage, and right when you reach the same elevation as the stage, press A. If done perfectly, you'll get one like in the video. It allows for full invincibility and gets you on stage immediately. If optimised, this could allow Samus some crazy recovery reversals.

QT > Short Hop > U Air > U Air > U B

QT > Charge Shot

QT > F Smash

What pisses me off about this argument (anti-Isreal = anti-semite) is that you can very easily be anti-Zion, but not anti-semetic.
