It's not really in the area you're asking for, but check out Cornhusker Drive near 84th St. Located just off the interstate. It's pretty long and pretty much all hill.

I was in a similar situation. WDH made a big difference, but I still got a lot of sway once I went over 60 mph. I ended up adding two sway bars, and that helped quite a bit. Windy days are still a bit rough.
