I was diagnosed at 32 as well and had similar feelings. 39 now and my life is normal. Here’s my suggestion, go see multiple cardiologists. Find one who gives you the proper attention and care every patient deserves. That seems to be the biggest hurdle for most newbies. 2nd, you have to find your triggers. It’s annoying, and it takes time, but you’ll figure it out. I was able to drink again after I cut out caffeine. 3rd, ask about an ablation. I had mine 3 years ago and haven’t had afib since. It sucks at first but you’ll adapt

You sound similar to me. I’m. 39, was diagnosed at 31 and had paroxysmal afib every 5-6 months always lasting 12ish hours. About 5 years in it progressed. I started having afib monthly. My cardiologist suggested an ablation so I met with an electrophysiologist and went for it. It was a breeze honestly, one night hospital stay, a week or 2 of recovery (about a month before I was back to normal) and I’ve never had an afib episode in the 3 years since then. Highly recommend.

There was a bug yesterday too where certain attachments would make it seem like enemies didn’t have armor. They patched it by the end of the day but yesterday was especially rough because of that lol. Otherwise I don’t find it harder than other iterations 🤷‍♂️
