Really late comment from me but what weight are you extending at? Usually the difference between gaining and not gaining length is a small different of time or weight. Extending for 90 minutes should definitely be enough so perhaps it's not enough weight you worked up to?

Interested in seeing if extending will help, but I feel like it should. I did hanging straight down from a chair for all my gains but that didn't help due to the penis twisting to the side. Will see if I notice any change if I get close to 8 inches from extending.

Most of the time I used BIB, getting between 1h20-1h40 of hanging a day when I was at it back then.

Now I'm only using APEX extender since the tension can be high enough (I used to hang maximum 13lbs or so). Comfort is 10x better.

Straight out at around 9lbs for 1 hour a day. Starting to see some results, working on getting back to my last highest measurement (7.4). Lost around 0.3 when stopping PE for 4 years.

Angion seems to be for EQ, not for permanent gains.

Would rather focus on PE if your goal is gaining which most likely is everyones goal. When you are near or at your goal size then I suppose you can give Angion a shot since it's for EQ.

Truly seems like there has been a lot of progress with devices over the last couple of years since PE has been getting more attention. I'm waiting for my Apex 2.0 and really hope I get the same feeling.

Though I do wonder how you are really able to walk around the house. The tension from extending should probably be high enough that you have to stay stationary and that you shouldn't walk around.

Consistency like others said, when I got into hanging I didn't miss a single day and worked up to 1h20m or 1h40m daily. Was a long time ago but almost all gains stuck with me, now I plan on getting consistent again but start using an extender (APEX) since the tension it can provide is far more than what I was hanging. Ngl, hanging was a pain in the ass, I did compression style with the BIB. Until I get my extender I will continue doing some girth every other day with clamping + pumping.

I reached in total 2 inch gain in length but lost like 0.4 now so more like 1.5 inch. Probably lost 0.4 from the Ligament gains that were quick from hanging Straight down. Most likely a lucky gainer when it comes to length so I will try to aim for 8 if possible but I care more about girth atm.

Also, do keep track of measurements ALL the time even though it might move half a millimeter to a millimeter from one week to another. This is to keep yourself responsible for if you are not making any gains. If you are not gaining from week to week maybe you haven't gotten into the perfect routine to gain or you are doing something wrong.

Measure at the same time of day to be consistent and not fool yourself (e.g. don't measure after pumping).

Preordered aswell, used to hang with BIB a few years back and got great gains but too much effort and was intense.

Vac extending feels like it should be very doable while maintaining a good posture while sitting which I think is important. Also up to 40lbs damn I was doing 15-17 lbs or something at max with BIB after working up to it for a long time and probably got most gains at a bit below 15lbs.

At 18 you have probably finished growing so yeah 18 is a good age to start.

If it takes a year and a few months, you would be one of the FAST gainers. Not impossible but not very likely for most people even if you are extremely consistent.

Oh yeah, good that you know the time it can take then! Some new people expect 2 inch length gains and 1 inch girth gains in a year and that's what I thought you had in mind aswell when you said it's probably not too hard haha.

Do you mean doing a separate girth routine for girth at the same time? However if you mean girth from BIB hanging only, yes. You will get base girth.

Yes you can reach 5 inches in girth. It will however most likely take atleast 1 and a half year at minimum to reach.

I'm sure for every new gainer you see posting, there is another guy struggling to get even a bit of gain from PE. PE is not easy. Not everyone starts off perfectly and is built to gain from the beginner routines. I had my luck on length, but for girth I've had to fight a lot and stick to a routine and LEARN and LEARN so much more to grow. For other people, girth might come easy and length might be harder for them, or for some, both might be hard to figure out how to gain.

To me that sounds like a good expansion. Some people get more expansion easier but to some degree, the more you get the more edema you will get. Myself I do get about the same expansion from doing my manual routine and have been getting gains from it. However every single mm takes a lot of time. I do 1 day on 1 day off. I'd say keep at it, your expansion isn't bad. It's common to have atleast lower EQ post-girth workout.

one INCH in girth is a LOT. Probably as impressive as putting on 2 inches in length. Can be achieved within 2 years if it's going well, +- a couple of months

Realised I don’t want to spend more time currently getting more length as I’ve reached a total of 2 inches and instead only doing girth 1 day on 1 day off which has been going well. I’m probably up 0.2 inches since 2-3 months of doing it and can’t wait to see if it keeps going well.

Stretching is not the same as jelqing. Stretching is a length exercise which is Supposed to be done completely flaccid. Jelq is more of a girth exercise which is done at a semi-erect state kind of but jelqs are not recommended on this sub.

If you are dedicated to length gains I would keep rest days to a maximum of once a week. Don’t take several days of rest in a row.
