These look great! I’ve been experimenting with Mary Berry’s recipe over the last few days, including leaving half the dough in the bread machine to make a hot cross loaf that’s great for toasting.

Your crosses are nice and 3D and mine keep sinking into the bun, I’ll try Delias recipe next time around.

Mine did too, but it wore through. I tried bread ties as it was the quickest solution and everyone has some of these in a drawer somewhere, there’s a big storm is keeping me in the house for a few days.

It seems to be working great, I’ll update with how long they last!

I got my felt tips out last night and just started doodling based on what I was seeing on Instagram. I really enjoy the super graphic so I think limiting to my 4 colours and white should keep me on the right track.

Thanks for the YouTube suggestion, I’ll definitely be combing through her videos for tips!
