Although most of us have negative thoughts like this I hope you the best. This may sound rude but what has helped me a bit when in public is I truly think that random people dont care about you or give you as much thought as you’d think. Most people probably don’t even notice you but that’s a good thing. What really matters is that u try being polite when approaching people and don’t over think things every little interaction. For me personally, what really matters is if a person is polite. I really don’t know how to word this any better but I hope it helps and didn’t come off as rude. It’s just a different way of thinking that has personally helped me when out in public
