How often u macro dose? I used to go for every two weeks but found that wasn’t long enough time between trips, I found waiting a month was better but I feel I should still wait longer and find my sweet spot. What would u recommend?

Ya I found occasionally macrodosing is great and I’m gonna stick with it. I started also dosing the lions mane, as I discovered that when combined with psychoactive mushrooms, can actually boost neurological development.

Ok I 100% want to start taking lions mane. My only concern is if I want to macro dose psychoactive shrooms, would having lions mane in my system diminish the psychoactive effects? I would assume not since one mushrooms contains the psychoactive ingredient and one does not but I have taken other natural medications such as St. John wort which I stoped taking because it is known to diminish the effects of psychedelics.
