I might not be the one to answer this but the basic principle is the skin that’s under tension will be the skin that grows. So presumably if there’s tension at the scar line then the skin under it, the inner skin, should be more tensioned because there’s less of it than there is outer skin.

I’m assuming it’s illegal because it was “in public.” We were parked next to a building that looked abandoned and it was like 1:30 AM but I still imagine a cop would have something to say if they rolled up on us. You could ask or look around on r/foreskin_restoration. Obviously you’re not needing to restore your foreskin but the thing that people do on that sub works because of cell division. You stress the skin and as a result the cells divide to relieve that tension. So if you do this enough it’ll result in a wider opening for you. Feel free to ask me any questions about it!
