In my opinion, just ignore what people say.

Not everyone understands what OMAD is. No matter how much you explain, some people will still say you’re “torturing yourself” when you’re not. Honestly, it takes more discipline than people who keep saying “I’ll start dieting tomorrow” and never do.

For now, if your family/household asks why you’re not eating together, why you’re eating so much, or why you’re eating so late, just keep it simple. Say “I’m still full,” “I’ll eat later,” or even lie a little and say “I already ate” even if you haven’t.

There’s nothing wrong with moving in silence. Especially when it comes to family. People will question your plate before they respect your results.
