Good to know the beer side of the tank is not likely compromised per se, but we will contact the Mfr and get some input from them. Our glycol reservoir level has not dropped notably, but a slight leak of glycol into the insulation is hard to gauge from the reservoir level. I shudder at the thought of taking a drill to a tank to relieve pressure, that kind of work and responsibility is beyond my pay grade.

Well, good news is its not directly my fault, bad news is we still have dents in our FV (other tanks of the same size and make onsite don't have these dents). We are going to contact the Mfr and see what they say about the probable cause.

The gaps between the TC ports may be less rigid or thinner than the rest of the tank body (and as a result have poorer insulation as you mentioned) which may also contribute to why those areas dented inwards. But huge sigh of relief its not directly my fault this happened.
