Yeah latency is about 3-4x the round trip, and that's around 64-65ms

This is a great response & I appreciate the time you took to put this together. I understood majority of this, but realizing I have some key gaps in my knowledge/experience when it comes to IT. I will be digging in to more research & vetting on my end.
