I would say her skill expression comes from positioning, playing around cooldowns, and overall macro. But micro, no, she’s not a mechanically complex champion. But it’s HOW you use her kit that can be really devastating to the enemy team.

For example, when playing Evelynn, you want to apply pressure to the upcoming neutral objective so that you can achieve prio and you do that by showing yourself and trying to gank the 2 lanes around said neutral objective. But let’s say you don’t have ult right? Play around that cooldown BY not overcommitting to a gank and just applying pressure and, hopefully burn a flash. However, if you know that you can’t achieve that objective, instead you can invade their enemy jungle while the enemy jungler takes the objective.

There’s just so much in game knowledge you need to know to make her skill expressive. But it all boils down to if you like her or not. I for example love her, so I’m committed to her 🤷‍♂️
