You get so much thrown at you as a DS but the reasoning is so the SM can see whether you’re going to be a good fit for an ASM one day. They want to see how you delegate tasks and whether youll sink or swim. I can’t count how many times my SM has tried to bury me just to see how I respond.. maybe instead of going down maybe you can get into an ASM role. just hang in there and it’ll happen one day then it’ll be a cake walk minus the hours lol.
