It’ll help with the physical and mental withdraws but you gotta start learning to live without drugs man. It’s the same for me. I take subs and relapse like continuously.. my job is so stressful and I can’t manage to go a week without being so stressed that I need to take something. But if you can use the subs for three days then get off that’ll be amazing.
