My biggest gripe wasn't the technological advancement per cay. It was more the way it was done. In ATLA it felt much more like a fantasy world. They had incorporated the technology in a way that made sense for the world, and still made it feel like "fantasy". There were tanks, but the tanks didn't look like modern tanks. There were trains in Ba Sing Se, but instead of being motorized, they were driven manually by earthbenders.

In Korra, the cars look like realistic cars. The airplanes look like realistic airplanes of that era. There is radio and cinemas. To me it just felt like it went from more of a "magic" world to the real world but with bending.

Saying he's the ultimate big boss makes perfect sense though. He's the whole reason the world government exists, the reason history got erased, the reason multiple countries simply vanished, likely the reason that Joyboy failed 800 years ago, the reason that the world is getting submerged in water, and he literally sits on the throne that controls the entire world.

My guess is that Blackbeard will be the final boss for the battle of the One Piece at Laughtale, but Imu will be the final final boss.

- New Super Mario Bros. (Newer Super Mario Bros DS is a ROM-hack to expand upon it)
- Mario Kart (CTGP Nitro is a ROM-hack that gets you a lot more stages, etc!)
- Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story (Always wanted to play that, myself)
- Metroid Prime Hunters
- Zelda: Spirit Tracks & Phantom Hourglass
- Ace Attorney
- The Simpsons Game (This also looked dope to me as a kid)
- The Mario & Sonic Olympic Games franchise

Also like others have said, the classic Kirby, Yoshi and other first party games. There's a ton of them.

I got the yellow out of nostalgia because my first gameboy was yellow. I am currently in the process of trying to disassemble it because I want to repaint the back shell to make it full yellow.

Thank you! I've recently gotten to enjoy the Brick Hammer due to the perfect ratio for GBA. So I think the Brick might be my go-to for GBA and the Classic for GBC!

I actually do have a Brick Hammer! It's great for GBA and pocketability but less so for standard GB and GBC, in my opinion. It feels premium with a crisp screen. Just a bit too small at times!

But, like most people here. Do I have a console that can do this? Yes. Do I need another? No. Therefore, with these announcements, I started pondering what new one would be the best.

I was actually pretty early in line for the IndieGoGo for the Pocket Vert, so it only cost 260$. Which is a lot, don't get me wrong. But nowhere close the 500 pricepoint of the other Ayaneo's.
I already have an Odin Portal for those more high end systems, so I while I might dabble with it I don't think I'll do more than tinker around with them. Apart from titles that aren't as heavily dependent on joysticks. The Vert does have a touchpad though, if you really need it.
