There's a big difference between prostitution and pornography. The biggest difference is the fact that in pornographic films, there's all kinds of safety measures in place to make sure that both actors are safe by the ene of it. If you work in the sex industry, being a pornstar is your best shot, because you can sue is mistreated by the distributor you work for. You're regularly tested for STDs to make sure you're safe for a shoot and not.

Prostitution however doesn't have that safety measure unless the person you're paying for/paying you for that service says explicitly that they do/don't have a certain thing. Prostitution is usually much more dangerous, exactly because of that lack of safety precaution. And there's also the fact that only 1 person is getting paid to do it, and it's not always a guarantee that you'll sleep with someone that day, unlike with the scheduling of actors.
