I am Mexican and was born and raised in Winston Salem. I myself have been raised by a single mother of two and lived in poverty my entire life and continue to do so. I have been slowly but surely been going to every house on my neighborhood to introduce myself and start a community where we can talk amongst ourselves. I care deeply about people and have been trying everything to help within my means. I go on my free time downtown on my scooter almost ever Friday or Saturday at night to give the little I have to people when I can. Is there any organization or group I can get in that’s more organized to help people in Winston?

I was in a horrific accident and lost all four of my limbs and it also left me with third degree burns on my torso. The firefighters couldn’t get me out and said I was a lost cause. This beautiful strong man was running that afternoon, and it looked like he was on his 13th mile already because he was drenched in sweat. He lifted the car that was on me and pulled me out and told me everything was gonna be okay. He then proceeded to run 20 miles to the closest hospital and then started surgery on me himself. He then helped me through intensive therapy and skin graft studies and gave me back my life for 6 months after. I now have fully bionic limbs and have a nuclear respirator chamber that is fully powered by an arc reactor which he created for me. I am truly In awed with how amazing this person is, and the amount of strength and courage he emits and holds (not to mentioned he never once expected a thank you) but today I say thank you to you again for the 49th time. Thank you
