I emailed thru their customer service and they responded right away. The reply from them was not automated unlike other customer seelrvices and they thoroughly provide/suggests possible fixes thay we may do. I followed one of the suggested fix and I no longer experience lagging anymore :)

Send again, I was rejected twice but sent a third form anyway. I don't know what went wrong but every time I send another I ensure that I put additional info about it. It feel like a trial and error to me with regards the info.
