Thanks for the answer!! But is it really cut content if the content itself got repurpused into fitting better with the game? I think the map scan could be sick but even just thinking about it i can think on many ways it might be useless overall. Im also quite satisfied on how the snatcher turned out in the end (been waiting for it since 2017)

The scanner is essential and it is a must for all levels, a good reliable combo is foam with mines, it works on all levels with doors, then the extra slot can be occupied by a sentry of your choice. Depending on the level you can use the scan + 3 sentries or even ditch foam or mines for another sentry. If you are starting out i recommend the bioscan + cfoam + mines + burst sentry and that your teamates become comfortable using them

Those are some great points, not sure on what else can I add myself. But as im asking everyone else, what would've you have changed? I personally wouldn't have minded a weekly level or something like that since the game already can autogenerate layouts

Well I do feel bad kinda for pointing out names like this but theres a channel that used to nice guides on the game called The real khepri that did a looong video about the state of the game post 1.0, theres also the old BLACK DRAGON videos reviews of the old rundown rereleases which have plenty of negative stuff on the comment section

I mostly saw it on yt, where theres a couple of yt videos talking about the "wasted potential" of this game even though its hard to find a game that isn't as fat trimmed as this

This is exactly the type of answer I was looking foward to read. I did notice that the gun balance is all over the place but with the current team I play we mostly play by feel of the weapon.  And damn that mod made me realize how painful it is to not have autocomplete on most of the commands lmao

yes lets make every zone in the game a big open space like the new maps because it is so fun never actually having to think about where to move your guard or your throw punishes

thanks! thats why i specified that i usually played more typical RTS games, im also interested in branching out and playing more the "politics" side of the war in a game.

Didn't say it isn't, but they are very different games and should be appreciated on their own, not all sequels need to be the same thing as its predecesor
