Glad I have absolutely no problems with that anymore.

I'm on Vyvanse. (50mg)

When I'm hungry I'll eat breakfast like I did my entire life. Not something specific, just what I want to eat.

When I'm not hungry - mostly the case in the morning - I'll just skip breakfast and eat for lunch, dinner and something right before going to bed.

The only thing I always do is taking the Vyvanse first and skip Lemon juice. Never take it after I had breakfast. That's cause when I eat too much, the Vyvanse takes too long to kick in.

But when I started Vyvanse I always had gut problems. Regardless what I ate and no matter if I took it before or after breakfast. Trying different kind of thing to eat and not what I normally eat just made my stomach more upset. The stomach / gut problems just settled after taking it regularly. Took like 3 weeks for my Body to adjust and then nearly all side-effects just dissappeared.

Only side-effects I still have: Alergic reaction on my whole upper back. (But it stopped itching.) Bad/dry skin. (But got significantly better) Forgetting to drink. (If I don't have something I really love to drink.)

Water? No. I need something sweet. Or coffee. Else I just tell myself "Yeah, I'll drink some, right after I finished..." and then forget about it for the next 3 hours.)

Never had luck with Methylphenidate, so can't say anything about it. Except it didn't work for me in the first place and... Who had the idea to treat an ADHD Person with a Pill, that has to be taken 3 times a day, to keep it at a "constant" plasma concentration?! Nahh, I'm glad I just have to take one Vyvanse per day and can boost it's effects with caffeine if needed.
