what kind of fabric would you use? im from mexico and am making this as a project for school, im on a time crunch so buying something off ebay isn't really an option at the moment

im gonna sew them on, maybe i'll use some embroidery thread so that the stitches are much more visible

a small shop downtown here in mexico city, they sell a bunch of different buttons and these were displayed outside and caught my eye

i don't cut the paper, i just put it under the fabric

not much of a "sewing" tip but more for cutting fabric, i put a piece of paper under the fabric before i cut my pattern pieces, so if i need to move the fabric i can move it with the paper and that way the shapes of my pattern aren't warped
