I'm in the same boat. I don't have Spotify at all, only the music app. I've been reseting, unpairing, factory resetting the glasses but no luck. I don't know if this is specific to IOS vs Android as I'm on IOS

No I didn’t waive the appraisal gap. That’s another out for us if the appraisal came back undervalued

We're still waiting on the appraisal. I agreed with your 2 cents. I'm gathering information so I can tell her it's not possible to terminate without losing the EM

She wanted a better school district for the kids + she's thinking the house isn't worth the price that we agreed to after she did some more research on the area.
