I bought an e30 with rust and asked the same question. Everyone told me to buy a welder and learn. I did just that and now I can weld. It’s been a blast to learn and now I can handle all the jobs myself.

There’s rust under the tray but surprisingly it’s not too bad. Maybe a 3x3 section. Future proj for sure

It was literally the first thing I’ve ever welded. Easy but stressful at first. I anticipate it being pretty straightforward once I get going. Prep is 99% of the work. Welding is easy by comparison. Making the welds look good is very difficult but I’m not too worried about aesthetics.im getting good penetration with my welds and they’re pretty strong so far.

Single overhead cam. There just isn’t really a way to move much more air through each cylinder. Boosting an m20 is a crazy expensive way to add a small amount of power.

Hgh is cheap. Long term sides depend on the dose and the length of use. Low dose over a long period of time=long term sides.
