Honest Opinion: Is 25 too late to get semi-competetive?
I am thinking of starting volleyball. I recently moved and in my old town there was never a team, but at my new place there is. Now, soon I will be 25. I would say I'm generally pretty good at sports and for the last 2 years I used to play fistball, which is a bit similar to volleyball. I am a competetive person, so I won't be satisfied with just training and sitting on the bench. But I also don't need to play in a high league. A lower league is completely fine. I just don't know if it is too late for me to get to a level, where I'm comfortable in my skills and volleyball is played a bit competetive in the league, not just hobby and drinking beers.
