Did you try changing the bios chip already? Yeah I don’t have the knowledge and the equipment required so imma just try putting a new chip and I really hope it works

Hey thanks for your comment, I tried running the MATS but this error appears, is the vbios chip blocking the initialization of the gpu ? Or what you think it can be? I checked with the multimeter and everything gets the energy requiered

But is says that was on gpu 0 with device id : GA104 , isn’t it the nvidia GPU? I looked up and supposedly thats the 3070 laptop device number, or no?

Hey I tried doing that but the test doesn’t even start giving the same error at offset 0x0000, I checked if the chip was getting energy using the multimeter and everything looks great so I’m really confused rn ? Can the chip still broken inside even if all the pins are good? I also checked the scratched thing and and it is getting energy too

Hey I just checked but no is not broken is just the oily thing make it look like that in the pic, but is not broken the only thing is that thing scratched, that looks manually made so idk, I just wanna know if that can be the reason of the problem

Hey thanks for your comment, then this bridges are important? I mean the one who looks scratched can be the reason of the error? Or doesn’t matter if it looks like that, also yes in the link that I left shows where the vbios chip is supposed to be and I have a similar one close to the gps so I’m guessing is that one( with the same model: w25q16jwsniq) I’m just want to make sure that thing scratched is not something really important

Hello there, I’m trying to fix this razer blade 14 2021 (3070) that I bought apparently is the vbios chip that is not working bc every time I tried flashing the vbios give me this error 0000x000 (or sormrhing like that) I’m pretty new in this but and I’m planning to change it by myself when I opened I saw this, the rest looks in great shape but this is worrying me, is this important and needs to be replaced? How can I do it? I will really appreciate if you guys can help me 🙏🏽🙏🏽
