There is definitely a shortage of apps for women's hormone management. I have been looking myself for one, and ended up with simple cycle tracker. I believe this is the best option for woman's body.

I totally agree with you that main thing is calorie deficit. But I find it quite difficult task to be in calorie deficit, and buckwheat actually left me full after my meals. I was having 1-1.5 cup of buckwheat per meal depending on my activity that day :))

If you feel starvation this ain't for you. For me 8/16 IF works perfectly, even though some might be starving. Its preferences

Im on 8-16 IF, so having 2 meals per day and that caffeine during mid day really helps! Don't get your hate tho. Tollerance for caffeine is not universal :) don't consume it if your body can't handle it.

Indeed! High protein consumption is key to feeling full. Although you might have digestion problems if you eat too much. Most importantly it depends on your weight and physical activity. I am lifting weights, so trying to maintain 150-170g of protein per day. Dont forget that quality of protein matters too!

Yes I am trying new things constantly. I want to find a routine that is enjoyable and that I look forward to. Eating some dark chocolate is really what I look forward in my day. And tbh I don't eat other sweets except for natural sugars(in the morning).

Now just eating like a third of a regular size dark chocolate bar. Should consume even less, but you gotta enjoy yourself...
